Cleanup campaign in Moia Moia.
And the sea and the beach can breathe a little easier now, and the children can play in the sand again. Many people joined forces with the Moia Moia community, and as a result, we removed over 1400 kg of trash, mainly plastic, fishing lines, but also octopus fishing pots that are brought by the currents to our beaches from far away. Big thanks to the teams of community enterprise AMMAR, NGO ECOCV, University Jean Piaget of Cabo Verde, Town Hall of the Municipality of São Domingos, friends from the United States, and Bonatura for the water.
