Agro-ecotourism for the socio-economic and ecological resilience or rural communities in Santiago Island, Cabo Verde. In the environment of climate change there is a growing need to adapt and value the products of the land and hard work of local farmers; agroecotourism coupled with education of both producers and the users, offers not only potential for the diversification of agricultural practices but also learning opportunities for more sustainable practices as choice of products by the consumers.
